Aplikaci smíte používat pouze v souladu s platnými právními předpisy.

Předplatné SPOT Hunter Pro se automaticky obnovuje a spravuje se výhradně prostřednictvím App Store.

Zrušení, obnovení a vrácení peněz se řídí podmínkami App Store – vývojář nemá možnost platby zpracovávat ani vracet přímo.

Sdílení předplatného Pro Rodina probíhá čistě přes nativní funkci Apple Family Sharing a řídí se jejími podmínkami.

Ceny a data spotového trhu zobrazená v aplikaci slouží pouze pro informativní účely a nejsou investičním ani finančním poradenstvím.

Aplikace negarantuje přesnost, úplnost ani včasnost zobrazených cen – pro závazná rozhodnutí si údaje vždy ověřte u svého dodavatele energií nebo na oficiálních zdrojích.

Aplikace je poskytována „tak jak je“ bez jakýchkoli záruk.

Vývojář nenese odpovědnost za jakékoliv škody vzniklé použitím aplikace.

Veškerý obsah a kód aplikace je chráněn autorským právem.

Uživatel nesmí aplikaci kopírovat, distribuovat ani upravovat bez svolení autora.

Podmínky můžeme občas aktualizovat.

Nové znění bude vždy zveřejněno na našem webu s uvedením data účinnosti.

Tyto podmínky se řídí právem České republiky a právem EU.

Sharing the Pro Family subscription is handled entirely through Apple's native Family Sharing feature and is governed by its terms.
