By using the SPOT Hunter app you agree to these Terms of Use.
You may only use the app in compliance with applicable laws.
Subscriptions and purchases
The SPOT Hunter Pro subscription renews automatically and is managed exclusively through the App Store.
Cancellations, renewals, and refunds are governed by the App Store's terms — the developer cannot process or refund payments directly.
Sharing the Pro Family subscription is handled entirely through Apple's native Family Sharing feature and is governed by its terms.
Accuracy of data
Spot market prices and data shown in the app are for informational purposes only and are not investment or financial advice.
The app does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the displayed prices — for binding decisions, always verify the data with your energy provider or official sources.
Liability
The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
Intellectual Property
All content and code of the app are protected by copyright.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify the app without the author’s consent.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The updated version will always be published on our website with the effective date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU.
